One of the easiest ways to consider how to pivot your business stems from taking a look at your current business model.
During this weekly work/training session, we’ll review all the working parts of the business model canvas and learn how it can be a helpful tool for exploring and reimagining new ways of doing business during difficult times.
Participants will create a business model canvas for their business by the end of this workshop.
